Family ran and owned. We are thrilled to be here as Effingham County’s FIRST Tattoo Shop. We are a family business and we cannot wait to work with clients and expand our “Tattoo Family.”
Who We Are
We are a family oriented business. A father and daughters trio. I decided to open this business, in our family’s name, after seeing my daughters talent; and wanted to give them a space to grow in an environment they create.
IF you happen to catch me not working, you wont catch me inside. My downtime consists of riding my Harley or working on them in my shop, grilling out with my family, or thrifting.
I am looking forward to meeting all of the local bikers, businesses, and business owners in the hopes of breaking the stigma surrounding tattoos.

Hello Effingham County!
My name is, Chelsea Weaver (Harley, by birth!) I enjoy color work, including watercolor, black and gray, realism and traditional; although, I do most styles. I was a Visual Arts major and was able to take that love for Art and do something I love even more; TATTOOING!
A little about me…my clients get to know me quick and become like family. I am a mommy to 2 beautiful children, a boy and a girl. I have an incredibly supportive and amazing boyfriend who I love doing life with. I absolutely love the mountains and an Ole Smokey Dispensary.
